Membrane-Bioreactor (MBR) is the application of membrane separation technology in the field of microbial treatment technology. Membrane modules are used to replace the secondary sedimentation tank at the end of traditional biological treatment technology. The activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank are intercepted and left in the biochemical tank to continue biochemical treatment, thereby maintaining a high concentration of activated sludge in the bioreactor. Product Description

 

The MBR internally supported hollow fiber membrane made of PVDF membrane material is a new generation of high-performance product successfully launched by our company after years of research and development. This membrane is produced using a composite phase separation process, with polyester braided tubes as the support body. It has high strength (tensile strength ≥ 20.0MPa), anti stripping (peel strength ≥ 1.0MPa), high porosity (≥ 60%), and high flux (≥ 15L/m2 · h-0.01MPa). The filtration pore size of PVDF inner support membrane is 0.01~0.1 μ M.

MBR membrane cleaning objects. The substances that need to be cleaned and removed mainly include proteins, microorganisms and sediment. During the sewage treatment process, these substances are easily deposited on the membrane surface, resulting in a decrease in membrane flux and reduced pollutant removal effect. Therefore, regular cleaning of the MBR membrane is crucial to restore its performance.

 

There are three main cleaning methods for MBR membrane modules: online cleaning, immersion cleaning outside the system, and reverse cleaning. Our company's system uses backwashing.
Among them, online cleaning and reverse cleaning are carried out when water production and aeration are stopped. The agent is reversely entered into the membrane through the dosing pipe, and the pollutants on the membrane surface are removed through the soaking method of the agent.

Back cleaning is performed approximately once a week, and online cleaning is performed approximately once every 3 months.
