    Working Principle:
Wastewater collection: The plant collects wastewater centrally through its wastewater collection system and pipes it to the reactor. This sewage may include domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, rainwater, etc.1

    Pre-treatment: The wastewater first passes through a grating tank, which is used to separate large pieces of trash and impurities. It then enters the regulating tank, where the water level is regulated by a float level meter.2

    Anaerobic tank treatment: Sewage enters the anaerobic tank, in which the anaerobic microorganisms degrade the organic matter, so that the ammonia and nitrogen in the wastewater is converted into nitrogen and oxygen.3

    Anoxic tank treatment (optional): in order to further improve the removal effect of organic matter, you can add anoxic tank, in which denitrification is carried out.

    Aerobic tank treatment: Wastewater flows into the aerobic tank, where aerobic microorganisms treat the wastewater through the biofilm method to further remove ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus.

    Aeration: During these processes, there is an aeration system that bursts air into each tank to stabilize the oxygen content in the water.

    Sedimentation tank: the sedimentation tank is the core part of the integrated wastewater treatment equipment, which precipitates the suspended or larger particulate matter in the wastewater to the bottom of the tank, making it easy to clean up and utilize, while improving the treatment efficiency.

    Disinfection: Finally, there is a disinfection system to disinfect the water, and commonly used disinfection devices include ultraviolet sterilizer and liquid chlorine disinfection device.
