working principle
The wastewater after adjusting the pH and temperature first enters the mixing zone at the bottom of the reactor, and is fully mixed with the mud-water mixture from the external circulation return flow, and then enters the granular sludge expanded bed zone for biochemical degradation of COD. The volumetric load of COD here is very high. Most of the COD in the incoming water is degraded here, producing a large amount of biogas. Due to the expansion work done on the liquid during the formation of biogas bubbles, the gas lifting effect occurs, causing the mixture of biogas, sludge and water to rise. After degradation in the packing area, the mixed liquid reaches the three-phase separator at the top of the reactor, and the biogas After being separated from the muddy water, it is exported to the treatment system. The mud-water mixture descends along the fender to the mixing zone at the bottom of the reactor, and then enters the sludge expansion bed zone again after the incoming water is fully mixed, forming a so-called internal circulation. Depending on the COD load of the incoming water and the different structures of the reactor, the external circulation return flow can reach 0.5-10 times the incoming water flow rate. Except for a part of the wastewater treated by the expanded bed that participates in the circulation, the rest of the wastewater continues to rise. The wastewater enters the fill area for residual COD degradation and biogas production processes, which improves and ensures the quality of the effluent water. Since most of the COD has been degraded, the COD load in the packing area is low and the gas production is also small. The biogas generated here is also collected by the three-phase separator and exported to the treatment system through the gas collecting pipe. After the wastewater treated in the packing area passes through the three-phase separator, the supernatant liquid is drained through the water outlet area, and the granular sludge returns to the sludge bed.

The composition of UBF: the anaerobic tower body is a cylindrical tower body wrapped entirely with fiberglass, without segmented connecting flanges.
