Working principle of closed cooling tower :

The cooled medium in the closed cooling tower exchanges heat through the latent heat of evaporation of the heat exchange tubes and the spray water outside the tubes and the sensible heat of the spray water and the air. The air is sucked in from the air inlet grille by an axial flow fan, and then swept upward across the heat exchange tube bundle to discharge the heat out of the machine body. A high-efficiency water collector is installed at the bottom of the fan to prevent water droplets from being carried away with the air.
The spray water at the top of the closed cooling tower falls into the water tank and is circulated by the spray water pump. During the falling process, the spray water absorbs the heat in the pipe and evaporates to cool down. The evaporated part of the spray water is automatically replenished through the water replenishment valve.
