Work flow
Feeding: The collected waste plastics are transported to the production line through the automatic feeding device, which can adjust the feeding speed according to the production demand to ensure the continuity of material supply.
Pretreatment: First of all, the waste plastic is initially sorted and broken, the obvious impurities and large foreign bodies are removed, and the plastic is broken into the appropriate size for subsequent cleaning and processing.
Cleaning: The pre-treated plastic enters the cleaning tank, and is fully cleaned under the joint action of the cleaning liquid and the stirring device. The cleaning solution adopts a special formula, which can effectively dissolve and remove the oil, dirt and other impurities on the plastic surface.
