Work flow
Feeding: The collected waste plastics are transported to the production line through the automatic feeding device, which can adjust the feeding speed according to the production demand to ensure the continuity of material supply.
Pretreatment: First of all, the waste plastic is initially sorted and broken, the obvious impurities and large foreign bodies are removed, and the plastic is broken into the appropriate size for subsequent cleaning and processing.
Cleaning: The pre-treated plastic enters the cleaning tank, and is fully cleaned under the joint action of the cleaning liquid and the stirring device. The cleaning solution adopts a special formula, which can effectively dissolve and remove the oil, dirt and other impurities on the plastic surface. At the same time, the high pressure spray system is used to wash the plastic in an all-round way to further improve the cleaning effect.
Dehydration: The cleaned plastic is dehydrated through the dewatering device, and the water on the surface of the plastic is quickly removed by centrifugal dehydration or extrusion dehydration, reducing the energy consumption and time of the subsequent drying process.
Drying: The dehydrated plastic enters the drying equipment, and the residual water in the plastic is completely removed through hot air circulation or vacuum drying, so that the plastic can reach the ideal dry state and meet the requirements of subsequent processing.
Discharge: The recycled plastic after drying is transported to the finished product storage area through the discharge device, which can be directly packaged or transported to the subsequent processing equipment for reprocessing.
