Application
This range is used for soaping or printing of cotton, terylene, hemp and its blends fabrics, to develop the color of the dyeing material and to purify the dyeing liquid.

The features of steam box
1, Box body is made of stainless steel,by laser cutting,CNC bending.weldinag, welding on the flat,surface blasted.
2, Synchronized driving,using multi-point asychronized motor,with frequency conversion,less crumples.
3, Fabric in,steam and wet seal,material trough locates under the box,automatic overturn,easy to clean.Fabric out,wet seal,the temperature in the box is 102ºC ± 2ºC,could be automatically controlled.
4, Flat roof, with stainless steel pipe,heating with thermal oil,without dropping.
5, Double layers of glass window,easy to operate and quick cooler upwards.
6,Concavo-convex bottom of the box,high strength,guick warm up,easy to lern.

A:The company is located in Zhongcheng International, Kuiwen District, Weifang City, Shandong Province, China. It is about an hour's drive from Qingdao Airport and Weifang Railway Station. If you need it, we can come and pick you up. Welcome to visit our company.

A:T/T and L/C are acceptable and T/T will be more appreciated 30% deposit before producing,70% balance before loading by T/T.
7.Q:What is the delivery time ?
A: It depends on order quantities .Generally speaking ,the delivery time will be within 2 to 4 weeks.
8.Q:How to pack the products?
A:We use standard package .If you have special package requirements ,we will pack as required ,but the fees will be paid by customers.
9.Q:How do you manufacture your equipment?
A:Our machining technology includes laser 1 plasma cutting ,automatic welding, CNC cutting and bending.
10.Q:How to install after the equipment arriving destination?
A:We will provide detailed illustrations to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee ,air tickets ,accommodation, wages will be paid by buyers.
